By using Glory Cleaners services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Glory Cleaners provides professional dry cleaning, laundry, alteration, and repair services for garments and textiles. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Professional dry cleaning of garments
  • Laundry and wash-and-fold services
  • Garment alterations and repairs
  • Specialty item cleaning (leather, suede, wedding gowns)
  • Pickup and delivery services

Customer Responsibilities

When using our services, customers agree to:

  • Accurate Information: Provide accurate contact information and garment descriptions
  • Payment: Pay for services promptly upon completion
  • Special Instructions: Inform us of any special care requirements or stains on garments
  • Lost Items: Retrieve items within 90 days of completion notice
  • Damage Claims: Report any damage or issues within 7 days of pickup

Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept:

  • Cash
  • Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • Corporate accounts (by arrangement)

Corporate Accounts

Corporate customers may apply for credit terms. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Service Limitations and Disclaimers

While we strive for excellence in all services, certain limitations apply:

Stain Removal

We cannot guarantee complete removal of all stains, particularly those that have been set over time or exposed to certain chemicals. Treatment of stains may involve risks to fabric or color.

Fabric Damage

We are not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Pre-existing conditions (worn seams, weak fabric, previous repairs)
  • Manufacturer defects
  • Color bleeding or fading during proper cleaning procedures
  • Items not suitable for cleaning as labeled

Special Items

Special care items such as vintage garments, designer pieces, and antique textiles are cleaned at the owner's risk with reduced liability.

Liability and Insurance

Glory Cleaners maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for customer property. Our liability is limited to:

  • Repurchase value of damaged items (not replacement value)
  • Professional cleaning charges for affected items
  • Written estimates may be provided for high-value items

Claim Procedures

Damage claims must be made in writing within 7 days of pickup. Proof of purchase may be required for reimbursement. We reserve the right to inspect damaged items before settlement.

Lost and Found Policy

Unclaimed garments are stored for 90 days after completion notice. After 60 days, we attempt to contact customers. Items not claimed after 90 days may be donated to local charitable organizations.

Cancellation and Refunds

Services may be cancelled before cleaning begins with no penalty. Once cleaning has commenced, standard service charges apply. Refunds are provided only for our errors or quality issues.

Pickup and Delivery

Pickup and delivery services are subject to our scheduled routes and availability. Customers must be present or have authorized someone to receive items. We are not responsible for items left unattended at pickup locations.

Website Use

Our website is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee website uptime or accuracy of information. Users agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is our property or used with permission. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glory Cleaners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, except as expressly stated in these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Missouri.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
